Eric Dusch

President

As President of Capteris, Eric oversees all aspects of the equipment finance business with a passion for driving innovative growth and client-centric strategies. His responsibilities include sales, risk, capital markets, customer success, marketing, business development, sales enablement and digital strategies. 

Eric brings over 30 years of experience in financial services with roles of increasing responsibilities at both PNC Financial Services and GE Capital, where he spent the majority of his professional career.  

Eric’s diverse professional experiences include successfully building and scaling several North American and global equipment finance platforms. In addition, Eric has held leadership positions across numerous business lines including corporate finance, asset-based lending, private equity, and treasury management. His various roles include Executive Vice President, Global Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Sales Enablement and Global Enterprise Managing Director. 

Eric received a BS in Business Administration and Finance from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He completed GE’s Global Leadership Development program, Six Sigma certification, as well as the executive professional development series at GE’s Jack Welch Executive Leadership Institute. Eric is an active member of the Equipment Lease and Finance Association.
