Managing Director of Capital Markets

As Managing Director of Capital Markets, Lance is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s capital markets initiatives which include maintaining, developing and growing institutional investor relationships to foster new originations and portfolio growth.

Lance has over 20 years of commercial finance experience with a diverse background that includes extensive experience leading capital markets, sales and structuring efforts. His deal experience covers a wide spectrum of asset classes, platforms and products.

Before joining Capteris in 2022, Lance was Head of Equipment Syndications for BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company, where he managed a national team of capital markets originators focused on the acquisition of indirect secured loans and leases. In addition, he managed all sell-side initiatives of the firm through partnering with large corporate and middle market originators to source and close syndicated equipment finance transactions.

Prior to his time at BMO Harris, Lance spent 12 years with GE Capital, where he held a series of roles of increasing responsibility and was most recently a Senior Vice President within GE’s Capital Markets group.

Lance earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Villanova University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola College in Maryland.
