Todd Sinclair

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Todd oversees Capteris New Business Development and Client Relationship Management. 

Todd joins Capteris from Fifth Third Bank where he was Senior Vice President working with clients on a consultative basis to develop ways to utilize tax and finance leases as an integral part of their capital structure, improve cashflow/liquidity, and to better manage asset lifecycle costs. Prior to Capteris, Todd held various executive level positions at GE Capital in which he originated and managed equipment leasing, lending, and other financing products with middle market and large corporate clients from a variety of industries. 

With over three decades working in corporate finance, Todd has deep domain expertise in the transportation, manufacturing, construction, distribution, and service industries. In addition to equipment finance, Todd has extensive experience in corporate credit underwriting and many other areas of commercial finance including cashflow and ABL lending. 

Todd attended Miami University where he earned both a BS in Marketing and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Farmer School of Business.
